SmartPacker™ is the first truly robotic, simple solution to egg case packing!

SmartPacker™ can pack consumer packs, flats, even insert dividers into cases!  There is not a better solution on the market today!

SmartPacker™ has been installed and tested in a number of egg producers in the U.S., and has hands down beaten the competition! Currently installed on Diamond 8300-8400's, & MOBA Selecta's.   New installations are going in all over the U.S.!

SmartPacker™ is also portable.  No assembly required!  It literally wheels into place, and is ready to work in just a few minutes!  This gives the egg producer a lot of flexibility on his production line, and a failsafe mode solution.

SmartPacker™ has the ability to store up to 5 empty cases in queue, and do not require taping on the bottom!  It can handle various size cases from 15 dozen to 30 dozen, in multiple patterns.  And because of the unique design of the system, it can handle pulp & foam cartons, as well as special design trays for bulk packaging, even Farm Pak's - all in a gentle, consistent, and reliable method, so you get far fewer chex, cracks, etc. than commonly found in hand case packing.
