Gummy Bear Packer

This application case packs bags of gummy bears at rates up to 185 bags per minute! This cell currently can pack bags from 5oz to 1lb.

Notice in the Gummy Bear Packer Video that the conveyor delivering bags AND the conveyor delivering cases are both moving! This give the robot cell the ability to not only operate at high speed, but to automatically make certain that each case has the proper amount of product.
