Overwrap SmartPacker™

The Overwrap SmartPacker™ is the world’s first TRUE Robotic Overwrap packing system integrating advanced vision. Located after product overwrap, the Overwrap SmartPacker™ identifies and confirms quality overwrapped flats on a moving belt. Vision enables problem product to be rejected and handled.

• Overwrap SmartPacker™ picks and places 2.5 dozen & 5 dozen overwrapped packs into 15 dozen and 30 dozen cased flats or stacks FarmPack
• Overwrap SmartPacker™ can be configured with vision to check product quality and / or barcode recognition to check product sku's with case sku's.
• Built by people who know robotics with over a decade of robotics and vision experience.

Please ask about our additional overwrap process robots that fully automate the overwrap process. Systems include a 2 and /or 3 layer flats stacking robot and the SmartTopper™ robot that tops the flats before the shrink wrap.
