Turnkey Systems from Smart Motion Robotics

Most systems involve at least one robot in either case packing, palletizing, pick & place, or machine load/unload. 

Pictured to the right is one such turnkey system.

This system is a palletizing system that receives boxes of product that weighs, barcode scans, checks the weight recorded with the sku, and if the weight is within range, the system automatically sorts the cases into one of 14 different sortation lanes.

Once a sortation lane if full, the system automatically slugs the entire lane to the robot, which palletizes the complete load, then indexes it out to be put into a warehouse.

This project has approx. 1/4 mile of infeed and sortation conveyors.  This system was installed in 2004, and runs 24 hrs a day, 365 days per year.
